It has been wisely said; "God doesn't call the equipped, He equips those He calls." There is a big difference between how the world chooses leaders verses how the Lord chooses and raises up leaders. The world looks at all sorts of outward qualities or qualifications such as educational degrees, work experience, even outward appearance, but God looks at the heart. It is His supernatural work in the heart that qualifies a man or a woman for the work of His kingdom.
